1. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. HOW DO I KNOW IT PROCESSED?
When you place an order an email will be sent to the email address you provide saying that the order was received. Sometimes you may receive the email before the order reaches an actual human being on our end but it is in our system and will be usually be processed within a few hours.
An email is automatically generated once we receive your order and begin processing it. The email will indicate how long we anticipate it will take to process and ship your order. ("will ship within 24 hours", "will ship in 2-3 days" etc.)
We try to ship orders within 24 hours when possible. Sometimes shipping is delayed due to postal services being unavailable (Sundays and holidays) or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When your order has shipped you should receive an email with a link to a web page about your order status. If tracking is available for your order the email will include a tracking number and link.
3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
USPS First Class does not provide tracking numbers unless requested. Tracking is included with USPS Priority & Express Mail shipments.
UPS provides tracking on all shipments but is significantly more expensive for lightweight jewelry as well as generally taking longer to arrive than USPS. (UPS charges in increments of pounds, not ounces. Even heavier watches weigh much less than a pound so it is probably not your most cost effective choice.)
All shipments over $100 will include tracking regardless of the shipping method chosen.
If your order has tracking a tracking number and link will be included in the email to you once your item has shipped.
